What I like best about Juntrax is its user-friendly interface and efficient recruitment management system. It makes candidate tracking simple, helps maintain accurate records throughout the hiring process, and saves significant time. Additionally, the attendance reports and reimbursement reports are easy to access, accurate, and well-organized, making employee management and payroll-related processes much more efficient. One limitation of Juntrax is that the project start date cannot be edited once it has been applied. Additionally, if a manager enters an incorrect start date, team members cannot be added with a previous effective date. For such small corrections, we have to contact the Juntrax support team, which causes unnecessary delays and could be improved by allowing authorized users to make these changes directly.
