What do you like best about JumpSeat?

The best attributes of JumpSeat are the ease of use across multiple software platforms, real-time process compliance training and the effectiveness of the workflow guides. Rather than our team having to stop and ask a coworker they can get the help they need right then and get work done. Learning new software without JumpSeat would be a nightmare. What do you dislike about JumpSeat?

What problems is JumpSeat solving and how is that benefiting you?

When our company began digital transformation initiative of implementing new software we also started using JumpSeat instead of traditional analog training. This accelerated our team's adoption of the software immensely and we began seeing high user adoption in a fraction of the time we'd seen in the past. Rather than team members taking months to get to power user level it took weeks with JumpSeat. With how intense competition is today, we need to increase efficiency and productivity through new software deployments and JumpSeat has helped deliver that for us.
