"Efficient and Simple Management with JumpCloud, but with Limitations"
5/5
What do you like best about JumpCloud?

I really like the ease of use of JumpCloud. Additionally, the ability to send commands remotely and have them execute in the background is very useful. This was especially beneficial when we developed a project that required the installation, updating, and configuration of applications on all company devices, and with JumpCloud, it was very easy to do. I also find that the initial setup was very simple thanks to my previous experience with JumpCloud. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about JumpCloud?

The password vault functionality could be improved, especially since we expected it to replace Keeper. JumpCloud lacks features like MFA integration and the ability to upload .ovpn files, which limits its usefulness for our specific needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
