What do you like best about JumpCloud?

What I like most is having everything in one place. Device management, security policies, SSO, and the password manager all live on the same platform, so I’m not forced to stitch together three or four separate tools or pay for them individually. Onboarding and offboarding, in particular, became much simpler once identity and device control were side by side. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about JumpCloud?

What problems is JumpCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?

JumpCloud brings user lifecycle management, device management, and SSO together in one place, and that has directly supported our SOC 2 compliance efforts. During audits, instead of pulling evidence from several disconnected systems, I can point to device policies, MFA enforcement, and access provisioning from a single console. Onboarding and offboarding are cleaner as well - access is granted or revoked in one action rather than tool by tool, which is exactly the kind of documented control auditors want to see.
