What do you like best about JumpCloud?

I use JumpCloud primarily for centralized user and device management, which solves several day-to-day IT management challenges. I really appreciate the device management and access control feature, as combining these into a single platform makes it much easier for me to manage users and devices without switching between multiple tools. The centralized administration simplifies the onboarding and offboarding process significantly, allowing us to provision or revoke access quickly without having to manually configure every device or application. The ease of deploying the initial setup of JumpCloud is another positive aspect for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about JumpCloud?

One area that could be improved is the overall user interface and ease of navigating some of the administrative settings. As the environment grows, I find it challenging to locate specific device policies. While the user interface is generally good, it could be made more intuitive for administrators managing a larger number of users and devices. A more streamlined navigation structure with commonly used actions and settings easier to access would be helpful. I would also benefit from a more customizable dashboard displaying device compliance, inactive devices, user status, pending actions, and synchronization issues all in one place.
