I mainly use JumpCloud as an MDM solution to manage our laptop fleet on Windows and Mac, making it easy to deliver software and security configurations. I love how it ensures everyone has the same solid base of security policies and access to applications through their identity provider account. We have a very strong relationship with JumpCloud, and it simplifies managing access to applications and ensuring endpoint protection. JumpCloud's outstanding customer success support is also something I truly appreciate. Additionally, integrating it with tools like Vanta helps us maintain security standards and meet auditor requirements. Setting up a new laptop through a vendor, like Apple Business Manager, was simple enough, which adds to the convenience of using JumpCloud.
