I particularly love the policy feature in JumpCloud where we can disable the ports for data exchange but allow usage for external monitors. I also love the remote lock, suspension, and access control features because, as a data company, it's critical for us to protect the high-quality datasets our employees create. We've explored different solutions, and none come close to how seamless JumpCloud is; it acts as a one-stop solution to enforce policies that curb data theft. The remote lock, suspend, and erase features have been very handy for us. The initial setup was quite easy once we set up our Apple Business Manager account. Billing could be improved. We have faced a billing issue where when a new ID is created in Google Workspace, we get billed from JumpCloud since it's synced to our Google Workspace even though the device is not enrolled, which is unfair. There should be a way in which IDs are only billed when they are enrolled in JumpCloud. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
