What's made the biggest difference for us is having one centralized system instead of a separate campaign for every buyer, it's the reason a small team can manage hundreds of clients without things slipping through the cracks. Delivery is real time too, leads reach buyers in minutes instead of sitting around getting cold. Wallet-based billing has been great, clients fund their account and we deduct as leads go out, so we're not stuck chasing invoices. The bidding system takes pricing off our hands entirely, buyers just bid what a lead's worth to them instead of us negotiating every time. Onboarding new buyers is easy too, most of it's self-serve, so our support team isn't holding hands through the basics, and the newer interface makes that even smoother. Then there's the marketplace, which quietly solved a problem we didn't even realize was costing us money: leads that don't sell right away used to just die, now they actually turn into revenue. And leads go out however each buyer needs them, webhook, SMS, email, ping/post, whatever fits their setup. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Honestly not much. The platform's been evolving fast, new features like Club shipped recently, so every so often something moves or gets restructured and you have to relearn where it lives. Worth it for how quickly they ship, but it's the one thing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
