What do you like best about Juicebox?

Two of the things that stand out most about Juicebox are the accuracy of its searches and the stellar team behind the product.

The quality of candidates it surfaces is consistently impressive. The profiles are highly aligned with our search criteria and often match 98% of what we’ve outlined in the job description and intake meeting. That level of accuracy saves an enormous amount of time and makes sourcing significantly more efficient.

Just as importantly, the team behind Juicebox is exceptional. They hire great people, are incredibly responsive, and genuinely take care of their customers. You can tell they’re invested not only in building a great product, but also in making sure every customer gets real value from it.

What do you dislike about Juicebox?

What problems is Juicebox solving and how is that benefiting you?

Juicebox solves one of the biggest challenges in recruiting: finding highly relevant candidates without spending hours sorting through profiles that only partially match the search criteria.

The accuracy of the platform significantly reduces sourcing noise. Instead of reviewing a large volume of loosely matched candidates, Juicebox consistently surfaces profiles that closely align with the requirements discussed during the intake process and outlined in the job description.

For me, that translates directly into time savings, more efficient sourcing, and the ability to focus more energy on candidate engagement and moving strong talent through the interview process. It also gives me greater confidence that I’m reaching out to the right people from the beginning rather than spending time manually refining searches or filtering through irrelevant results.

I’ve been so impressed with the platform that I introduce Juicebox to all of my talent partners and recommend it to the companies I work with. To date, I’ve brought four different companies onto the platform, which I think speaks volumes about how much I trust the product and the team behind it.
