This is my first time using Juicebox in my career. Honestly, I hadn’t heard of it before as a recruiting support platform. Used properly and consistently, it can be a real gamechanger in recruiting, especially as an addition to an ATS or HRIS.
What I like most is the search feature and the integration with our ATS. The performance of ranking and assessment of candidates is also positive.
The search also supports Boolean searches, along with JD and resume submission, which helps ensure the most accurate alignment to the role.
The AI in the system is top-notch when it comes to identifying talent and providing an accurate assessment of how well a candidate aligns with the position.
The support I have received from the Juicebox team is also positive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The UI / UX element can be enhanced. When viewing the home screen, an enhancement could be the current project being worked on appear below the "project" menu header. A user looking at the current project may think that is the only project in the system (as I did), until I figured out to scroll up to the menu bar and select project again.
Additionally, integrations. I am not able to see all of my current ATS candidates in the system and not sure as to why. For credibility purposes, if I create a project that includes a specific ATS title in the Juicebox search and I select "included ATS candidates" one would expect to see all candidates, but they are not all there. I am not sure if Juicebox integration is live or on a delay as some of the candidates listed in Juicebox are from prior roles or not the most updated listing. This negatively impacts that credibility of the system, especially if I am using this in a conversation with the executive leadership team. Focus will be on the "why are not all listed" vs. "here are potential candidates". Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
