My personal favorites inside Juicebox are the power filters, allowing us to target diversity candidates more accurately.

I'm also a big fan of the developer data aspect, which lets us pick up data from GitHub activities. I really like that we can gain insight into the likelihood of candidates responding, considering indicators like equity vesting, tenure, and layoffs.

I love the combination of filters and the enriched data presentation, which help with decision-making at first glance. It makes reviewing profiles efficient and allows quick sorting of candidates based on the level of match to our criteria.

Additionally, having Juicebox connected to our ATS, Ashby, enhances our candidate rediscovery process, allowing us to target candidates in specific pipeline stages.

Another thing I love is how Juicebox allows us to make the most of our own ATS (Ashby), so rediscovering past applicants becomes much easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Juicebox can be a bit tricky to get started with because of the amount of data and filter combinations, it causes a slight visual overwhelm.

It takes a minute to get used to where things are and what the best view is. My team had to persist and try using it as much as possible to get past the initial learning curve with the vast amount of filters available.

I'm still a bit confused by why you have to make several clicks to leave a note on a candidate profile (I'm still not sure if that's possible from Search, Profile by profile review, or inside the shortlist - but the note you leave is not visible across those various views)

Also, we still rely on LinkedIn Recruiter to conduct our outreach, as Juicebox's contact options are limited to emails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
