What do you like best about Juicebox?

I appreciate that Juicebox allows us to automate our outreach, freeing up our time and expanding our outreach and research capabilities substantially. The staff and team are very polite and professional, providing quick resolution to any issues. The initial setup was very easy with a perfect guiding step by step mentorship through a live demo and interactive professional support. What do you dislike about Juicebox?

I would often prefer to receive the actual professional email address for our business development. And I would also like to have a better system to report that some personal emails are bouncing back in our MS Outlook so that I have a way of informing Juicebox and correcting these emails with additional resources for receiving more accurate personal emails.
