What do you like best about Jotform Sign?

I love that everyone in our organization can log in and see past intakes, and the comments section on the intake forms is great for leaving notes about phone calls and such. I find it very easy to send documents and appreciate the audit trail feature, which is essential for ensuring everything is done correctly, especially when working with domestic violence victims. The initial setup of Jotform Sign was very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jotform Sign?

I find it challenging not being able to upload a template that we can just change the client's name and information. It's inconvenient to have to create new documents for each client. We have a mail merge document that we use to send to clients, where everything is the same from client to client, except for the dates and their personal information. If we could upload that to Jotform Sign, it would save a lot of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Jotform Sign solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Jotform Sign for intake and document signatures, helping us manage clients who aren't local. It allows us to see client needs online, track past intakes, and enables transparent communication. The audit trail ensures compliance for sensitive cases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
