What do you like best about Jotform?

It is very good at what it does. The interface is straight forward to use. I like that it is supported by Power Automate so the forms can be integrated into our business processes easily. The site is responsive and performant; we don't generally run into any issues with slow loading.

The best part is the support. Any time I have an issue, I can open a ticket and within a day I get a comprehensive answer and typically they clone my form and build out a solution based on what I was asking. The support really is stellar, they're great :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jotform?

Price! I wish we could make accounts with no extra cost for our users to just be able to access the submission data but you have to pay for that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Jotform solving and how is that benefiting you?

Data intake from citizens and it is benefiting us by not having to rely on cumbersome PDF forms Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
