What I like best is how seamlessly Jotform AI Agents transform traditional static forms into interactive, conversational experiences. The UI/UX is exceptionally intuitive and requires zero coding, making the setup process straightforward. Coupled with strong AI / Intelligence, the agents accurately understand context and handle routine inquiries with impressive Performance. The built-in Integrations connect smoothly into existing operational pipelines, while the helpful Support / Onboarding ensures a fast path to deployment. What do you dislike about Jotform AI Agents?

While the platform is powerful for general use, I would love to see deeper custom logic capabilities and more granular control over complex multi-step workflows. Occasionally, handling highly specific edge cases requires extra configuration work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
