I used Jotform to build an interview form and connected it with their AI Agent to handle the interview process automatically. What I liked most was how easy it was to set up — no complex coding or configuration needed. The AI agent handled the conversational flow of the interview naturally, asking follow-up questions based on candidate responses instead of just collecting static form answers. It saved me a lot of manual screening time since the agent could engage candidates directly and capture responses in a structured way. The integration between the form builder and the AI agent felt seamless, which made the whole interview process feel much more automated and professional compared to a plain form. One issue I faced was that the AI agent sometimes asked the same questions again during the interview that were already filled in the original form. For example, information the candidate had already provided was being asked a second time by the agent, which felt repetitive and a bit unprofessional from the candidate's perspective. I'm not sure if this was due to how I trained/configured the agent or an underlying issue with how it processes existing form data before starting the conversation. It would be helpful to have clearer documentation or settings on how to make the agent aware of data already submitted, so it doesn't re-ask the same questions.
