What do you like best about Jotform AI Agents?

The appearance is very customizable, and there’s some pretty solid logic working behind the scenes. Like the idea of a personality or agent profile being uploaded as well Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jotform AI Agents?

Please evolve AI Agents from trigger-based conversational automation into stateful, goal-driven agents. Give agents persistent customer memory, structured conversation state, multi-step tool planning, stronger contextual reasoning, and seamless human escalation with automatic conversation summaries. The current tool ecosystem is already strong; what’s missing is the reasoning/orchestration layer connecting those tools. I want to define the agent’s goal and guardrails rather than manually creating a condition for every possible conversation path. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Jotform AI Agents solving and how is that benefiting you?

It allows me to have a first responder in place before anything is escalated to me. It handles basic questions and routine tasks, and it also provides a more human, teammate-like element of interaction without the natural bias a person might bring.
