What do you like best about Jotform AI Agents?

Jotform AI Agents have been a great addition to our business for automating routine enquiries and helping streamline our day-to-day processes. The setup is relatively straightforward, and being able to create an AI agent without needing extensive technical knowledge is a big advantage.

What do you dislike about Jotform AI Agents?

There is still some room for improvement with customisation and getting the AI agent to handle more complex or very specific enquiries exactly the way we want. It helps reduce the amount of repetitive customer communication our team needs to handle manually. We can use it to collect information, answer common questions and direct customers through the right process.
