What do you like best about Jotform AI Agents?

What I like most about Jotform AI Agents is how easy it is to turn routine interactions into something more automated and responsive. The setup feels straightforward, even if you are not highly technical, and I like that I can create an AI-powered agent without having to build everything from scratch. It is particularly useful for handling common questions, collecting information, and guiding users through forms or processes.

Another thing I appreciate is the way it fits naturally with the broader Jotform ecosystem. Instead of using a completely separate AI platform, I can connect the agent with workflows and forms that I am already using. This makes it practical for everyday business tasks rather than feeling like a tool that is only useful for experimenting with AI.

What do you dislike about Jotform AI Agents?
