I’m currently using the free version, and I’ve been able to build AI Agents quite seamlessly. The UI is very user-friendly, and the features are solid. Training an AI Agent is straightforward, and it’s been fairly accurate so far. I like Jotform because it provides a whole lot of products and apps for building websites and built an entire ecosystem. I dont have to install multiple pluggins in my website. I use Jot Forms to cater to a whole lot of my needs. And on top of it, it is free in most cases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes I find it takes extra effort to train the AI Agent, even after I’ve added all the information to the knowledge base. In my experience, training it with Questions & Answers works best, rather than simply dumping all the information in at once. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
