What do you like best about Jotform AI Agents?

What I like most about Jotform AI Agents is how quickly I was able to build a working AI assistant without any coding experience. I honestly expected the setup to be complicated, but it turned out to be much easier than I imagined. I use it to answer common questions, collect leads, and guide visitors through forms, which has saved me a lot of repetitive work. The interface is clean, and I appreciate how easily I can train the AI with my own knowledge base. It doesn't feel like just another chatbot—it actually understands context and gives relevant responses. What do you dislike about Jotform AI Agents?

Overall, my experience has been very positive, but there are still a few areas that could be improved. Sometimes the AI doesn't fully understand complex or highly specific questions, so I need to refine the knowledge base or adjust the prompts to get the best results. I also wish there were more advanced customization options for conversation flow and integrations without requiring extra setup. As the platform continues to evolve, I'd love to see even smarter responses, more built-in templates, and deeper analytics. What problems is Jotform AI Agents solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before using Jotform AI Agents, my team spent a lot of time answering the same questions, guiding visitors through forms, and manually qualifying leads. It became difficult to respond quickly, especially outside business hours. Jotform AI Agents has helped automate these repetitive conversations while still providing accurate and helpful responses. Visitors now get instant answers, which has improved engagement and reduced drop-offs during form submissions. Personally, I feel much more confident knowing inquiries are being handled even when I'm unavailable. It has saved us several hours each week, improved our response time, and allowed us to focus on more important work instead of repeating the same tasks over and over.
