What do you like best about Joopy?

Joopy's in-built reporting and analytics tool is a massive value addition for us to review our sales costs every month. Compared to its competitors, it ranks very high on the ease of use for both the end user and administrator. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Joopy?

We have observed that the historical data changes without manual intervention, messing up our dashboards. The plan simulation also needs improvements. Ideally, the historical data should be archived without the option to edit for any user. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Joopy solving and how is that benefiting you?

Building incentive plans on google sheets was a tedious process with several touchpoints where manual entries messed up the calculations. This was causing additional/lesser payouts than the plan and loss of employee experience.

Thanks to Joopy, the entire process is now system-driven, with little room for errors to creep in. This has lead to better reporting, user delight and timely administration of incentives. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
