What do you like best about JOON?

I like the flexibility that employees have in what qualifies as a health and wellness benefit. Employees find the platform very intuitive, whether they upload a receipt or integrate with their bank. The JOON staff are always soooo helpful and friendly - shoutout to my girl, Raheli! Pulling reimbursement reports is also fast and easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about JOON?

The only thing employees have expressed is a desire for immediate reimbursement, but it hasn't been a major issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is JOON solving and how is that benefiting you?

JOON offloads some admin tasks for reimbursement. We all love that it's like an HSA/FSA but with more flexibility in what counts as health and wellness. Before JOON, we did not have health and wellness reimbursements, but JOON has made it easy to offer it, and our employees LOVE using their JOON benefits. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
