What do you like best about JOON?

What I like most about JOON is the flexibility and range of options it provides. As an employer, I value being able to create a thoughtful wellness program that truly reflects our team’s different needs and interests. What do you dislike about JOON?

As a global organization, our biggest limitation was that not all benefits were available in every country where we have employees, which made it difficult to provide a consistent experience across the team. That said, JOON has been expanding its coverage, and as it grows, we’ve been able to add more options to our program. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is JOON solving and how is that benefiting you?

JOON has helped us move away from a one-size-fits-all approach to wellness. It gives us the flexibility to create thoughtful, intentional programs while still allowing employees to choose what works best for them. As an employer, I appreciate being able to support our team without assuming we know what everyone needs.
