What do you like best about JoomSport?

It is a product with multiple features that works very smoothly 'out of the box', is easy to set up and use with clear, well structured, flexible layouts and provides a quality user experience for visitors as well as our members who run their leagues/cups/tournaments using the Front End Management option. The excellent documentation, feedback/ideas section and support allowed us to tailor the product to suit our specific requirements for the sport in a way that facilitates the inclusion of new features as part of future development. It has considerably reduced the administration time for team/season administrators and with updates available from any device before, during and after matches, there is faster access to league and cup information for everyone, especially with the mobile app. It can handle any number of tournaments for a minimal cost with large discounts from year two onwards and a 15 day money back guarantee, providing great value. Overall it is an essential part of any website that requires a Sports Management Package and has a team that is focused on providing the best solutions for their customers. What do you dislike about JoomSport?

There is not a lot to say here as support requests have been minimal in the past year because the product works very well and feature requests I list in the feedback process are discussed/followed up and if suitable do appear in time as part of a professional development process. There are many Sports Packages on the market, take the time to look at all of them, identify which products have the features that closely match your requirements and from the shortlist choose the product that is most easy to set up/use, has the best support and is good value for money (good value does not mean the cheapest). What problems is JoomSport solving and how is that benefiting you?

We cover tournaments around the world and JoomSport has been a major factor in increased website activity since it was installed in 2017. The product is also a big part of our plans for building a global online bowling community over the next 3-5 years. We only work with suppliers that we consider to be totally reliable with high quality products, a similar level of support and value for money and JoomSport easily meets all those conditions.
