What I like most about Joinways is how it brings our venue inquiries, client communication, quotes, and event planning into one organized platform. Before using it, managing multiple requests through emails and spreadsheets was time-consuming and easy to lose track of. Joinways gives us a clearer overview of every opportunity, from the first inquiry to the final confirmation. The platform has been very helpful overall, but I would like to see more customization options for reports and dashboard views.
