What do you like best about Joiin?

I'm honestly not great at remembering recurring admin stuff, ask anyone I work with. Used to export reports by hand every month for our two investors, and more than once it slipped my mind till someone messaged asking where it was. Set up scheduled report delivery in Joiin instead, picked the day, picked who gets what, and now it just goes out on its own. First month I actually forgot it was even scheduled and got a thank you email from an investor before I remembered I hadn't done anything myself that day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Joiin?

Changing the recipient list partway through wasn't as obvious as I expected. Went looking for it under the wrong menu for a bit before finding where you actually edit who's on a scheduled send. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Joiin solving and how is that benefiting you?

Not being the bottleneck for something as basic as sending a report every month has taken a weight off I didn't fully realize I was carrying. Investors get consistent numbers now whether I'm having a busy week or not, which honestly says more about how forgetful I can get than anything else. Finding the recipient settings took a bit of digging that first time, small annoyance next to not having to think about this every single month anymore. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
