"Joiin Makes Monthly Reporting Consistent and Easy to Drill Into"

What do you like best about Joiin?

I used to dread the first few days of every month because I had to pull numbers from different companies and make them look consistent before I could even start reviewing them. With Joiin, I can bring the companies together and work from the same reporting setup each month. I especially like being able to drill into a number when something looks unusual. I do not have to go back and rebuild the whole spreadsheet just to figure out where a total came from. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Joiin?

The first few reports took me longer than I expected because I needed to get the account mapping and reporting layout right. I also had to spend some time deciding how I wanted intercompany items and different currencies presented. It is much easier now that the structure is in place, but there is definitely some setup work at the beginning. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Joiin solving and how is that benefiting you?

For me, Joiin has mainly removed the repetitive part of group reporting. I still want to review the numbers myself, but I am no longer spending most of my time collecting and rearranging them. Having the companies together also makes it much easier to compare one entity with another and spot something that looks out of place. I would recommend it to finance teams that are tired of maintaining a large consolidation spreadsheet every month. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
