What do you like best about Jodie AI Receptionist?

What I like most about Jodie AI Receptionist is the peace of mind it gives me as a small business owner. Running ScreenSavers NI means I'm often busy repairing devices, dealing with customers or simply unable to answer the phone.

Jodie helps ensure I don't miss potential business opportunities by answering calls professionally and taking customer enquiries when I'm unavailable.

It's affordable, easy to use and gives my small business a much more professional feel without the expense of employing a receptionist. It's particularly useful for sole traders like myself who have to juggle every aspect of running a business.

What do you dislike about Jodie AI Receptionist?

There's very little I dislike about Jodie AI Receptionist so far. Like most AI systems, there can occasionally be limitations when dealing with more complicated or unusual customer enquiries that require a personal touch.

It would be great to see even more customisation options and improvements to how the AI handles more technical conversations.

What problems is Jodie AI Receptionist solving and how is that benefiting you?

As a sole trader running ScreenSavers NI, one of my biggest challenges is managing incoming calls while carrying out repairs. I can't always stop what I'm doing to answer the phone, which means potentially missing customer enquiries and new business.

Jodie AI Receptionist helps solve this by answering calls, handling enquiries and collecting customer information when I'm unavailable.

It's allowing me to concentrate on repairs without constantly worrying about missing calls. It also means customers can get a response outside normal working hours.
