I really appreciate the company behind JobTread; their training, marketplace, online facilitated trainings, certifications, and the community they offer are top-notch. The additional podcasts, information, and customer support make for a solid backend. The software itself is very robust, complete, not buggy, and it's got more features than we probably even know how to use. It's intentional, thoughtful, and it works efficiently. I also find the support and service overwhelming in a good way, as they are dedicated to support users and connect them in a community, adding value to us as business owners. We're only scratching the surface, and that's not something that needs to be improved. It's more about us streamlining it specifically for our needs. Also, the initial setup took some effort.
