You are able to find very specific roles. I like that instead of a location you can put "remote" and find the work from home roles. I also appreciate the community section. Job searching can become discouraging and having a community you can reach out to for advice is so helpful. **What do you dislike about Jobcase?** I dislike that the resource section does not have a resume writing tool. Being able to pitch yourself in best light possible in your resume is so important. That should be the first section on the resources: A how to write a good resume. **What problems is Jobcase solving and how is that benefiting you?** Jobcase helps you find a less saturated job search site. Other sites are so saturated by fake job postings and user content that is not relevant. Job case is keeping this advice easy to read and their site is easy to use. ### 3. Parties post job offers must be verified to avoid incidences of fraud. Validation process needs to be there in place. **What problems is Jobcase solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is helping global job seekers to search for relevant jobs and also explore more global opportunities. It is great platform to seek career advise which would be essential for a job seeker to move in the right direction. it has also some great in house tools for making the life of job seekers easy. ### 4. I like the fact that you can get advice from the community. This is a far cry from the job-searching websites of yore. **What do you dislike about Jobcase?** The website seems a little spare, in general. It has just the basics. **What problems is Jobcase solving and how is that benefiting you?** showing me what is out there. Sometimes I think about getting an extra, part-time job. It doesn't have jobs in education beyond private non-profits or private companies (like daycare) so for my full-time job, it wouldn't really work for me right now. (But that's no Jobcase's fault, school districts don't advertise on public websites beyond their own. I can't take screenshots, by the way. I'm on my work computer and for some reason it is broken. If I take a picture of me using the program, it says the file is too large to upload. ### 5. Also, it lets you connect with your friends who are looking for new opportunities as well. Lets you nicely praise your colleagues/friends. **What do you dislike about Jobcase?** Sometimes, you don't see a job that matches your profile or are notified of a role that isn't a great fit. So the software should thoroughly understand user profiles and should suggest per profile. **What problems is Jobcase solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps to create a virtual career fair which helps tap the best talent out there; also, let's post different opportunities the company offers.
