Jobbio helps with the posting process and pushes it out to a lot of different job board sources - amazed at how many applicants it helped to generate. It also serves as a great employer branding tool to show off the culture of a company and their open roles. Their support team is prompt and always helps me with any questions I have. I love that Jobbio is able to automatically post our jobs from our ATS using an API. What I would improve on, however, is that the integration does not pull the jobs down once we close the role on our ATS. This means candidates can still feed through the system if you don't manually close down the posting. We want to offer a great candidate experience which is challenging if the role has been closed down but still appears live. Also sometimes, the API does not pull all the correct information over from the job ad when posting from our ATS (e.g., the job category). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
