I've hired the Job Portraits team repeatedly over the past 6 years at both Eventbrite and Lever. They've created high-quality visual and written content about working at the company that has lived on blogs, career sites, print materials, and other hiring and marketing channels. What do you like best about Job Portraits?

This team just "gets it". Their backgrounds as journalists, photographers, talent leaders and multi-platform storytellers enables them to dig in and tell compelling stories that go beyond the surface level content that most companies lead with to power their recruiting efforts.

What do you dislike about Job Portraits?

I wish I could secure enough budget to use their expertise for more projects and more multimedia content. Recruiting team budgets at smaller companies can be tight, and working with the best can be an investment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Job Portraits solving and how is that benefiting you?

We've used the content Job Portraits developed at every stage in the hiring process. From passive candidate sourcing campaigns, to targeted advertising, and throughout the candidate experience. They helped increase our inbound top of funnel, drove more qualified candidates to the process, and increased our passive candidate response rate exponentially.

Being able to tell your company's story in a polished, compelling manner is the single most important thing you can do at a talent team. We reduced time to fill, increased recruiter req capacity, and helped turn our employees into vocal advocates by arming them with content to share about their teams.
