What do you like best about JLL Asset Beacon?

We no longer have to look in many places for information and are able to get real-time insights on what’s happening at our assets. This helps our team make better decisions and allocate our time more efficiently. Dashboards update automatically and let us become much more proactive in our management approach. What do you dislike about JLL Asset Beacon?

What problems is JLL Asset Beacon solving and how is that benefiting you?

We previously got information monthly from our property managers and partners; we now get it in real time by connecting straight to the source. This saves us countless hours and lets us be a more proactive manager.
