What do you like best about JLL Asset Beacon?

I use JLL Asset Beacon as a one-stop shop for all asset-level information I need on a daily basis, which helps me better manage property and portfolio decision-making, as well as provide investors with the information they need quickly. I appreciate that Asset Beacon streamlines data management, eliminating data cleanliness issues and team friction. Having a single source of truth that's always accessible for all team members is invaluable. I love the live tenant level detail, as it gives me a deeper understanding of performance starting at the tenant level, neatly rolling up with an automated stacking plan that balances both detailed insights and a high-level overview. The automated stacking plans in particular have cut down significantly on the workload, making reporting cleaner and more efficient, allowing my team to complete reports quicker and with more well-informed commentary on tenant-level drivers.
