The business-savvy of the person in charge of product strategy (and the dev team) gained my confidence during the initial investigation. He continues to communicate with me in a straight-forward manner which makes the project scoping and contracting process easy and fast. The timeframe from request for estimate and project estimate delivery meets my requirements. The architect and developers assigned to my project are top-notch. My main measurement for any team or team member I work with is communication and reliability. The business leader and team ask questions skillfully and never assume they understand. Work only starts on a project after there is joint understanding. The business leader and team are dependable with information and communication of risk. What do you dislike about Jitterbit? Though I wish I'd found them sooner, I wasn't really ready. If I had known earlier, I wouldn't have spent 6 weeks building a simple piece myself last summer (2019). I really can't complain. I have very high standards for how my partners do business. Recommendations to others considering Jitterbit: My steps in selecting VINYL. 1 - Who are the no-code options with good ratings. 2 - Which one(s) have the best ratio of funding to revenue (there was only one) 3 - Do they understand how to communicate and do business - yes, working with their Software Strategy leader 4 - Can their team function without VP supervision - yes 5 - Can they scope, communicate progress, pivot/flexible, meet budget - Yes Choice made Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is Jitterbit solving and how is that benefiting you? I am an entrepreneur with a limited budget since we are still bootstrapping the business. The Zudy team built a demonstration version of our first product starting Thanksgiving week and finishing in mid-January. The demonstration was built with the last bit of our (my wife and I) business budget. A final gamble with the goal of getting enough interest that we could gain confidence from others to join the effort financially. If the gamble had failed, all we had left was the equity in our house. I never questioned the gamble. And we have another financial member of the team, with industry interest in our Seraphim product suite. I've directed the building of mission-critical software for over 20 years. NG911 Services could never have accomplished our last gasp goal without Zudy.
