What do you like best about Jirio?

The seamless connection between Jirio and Slack provides a convenient way to manage JIRA issues directly through the slack. As an SQA Engineer, I find that it simplifies transitions, updates me about the statuses and keep track of all of the issues without disturbing anyt of our flow. What do you dislike about Jirio?

Although Jirio is an effective integration solution it may sometime provides me with some problems like the advanced customization options that are necessary for complex workflows. I often encounter minor interruptions caused by occasional syncing delays between Slack and JIRA. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Jirio solving and how is that benefiting you?

Jirio resolves the context switching dilemma that often occurs between Slack and JIRA by allowing JIRA issues directly to be accessible in Slack channels. This feature is solving most of our problems as it streamlines the workflow by allowing the creation, transition, and search of issues without needing to search for them on the seperate communication platforms.
