"Empowers Teams to Drive Impact Independently"

4.5/5

What do you like best about Jimo?

I love that Jimo makes our product and marketing teams more independent, giving them the agency to drive impact effectively. Jimo allows us to transform our product into a communication channel; whenever we launch new features, we can communicate inside our product in a relevant context, helping users understand the value quickly. Additionally, I enjoy how we can improve and iterate the onboarding experience rapidly. Jimo's analytics tools are also very helpful in tracking how our changes influence user behavior. What do you dislike about Jimo?

Targeting elements when using Tailwind CSS can be a bit tricky; if this is done wrong, experiences don't show up or get blocked. More guidance is needed when an element is selected; the UI is not doing a good enough job yet, although support usually can guide which identifiers to include or exclude. What problems is Jimo solving and how is that benefiting you?

Jimo reduces development costs and speeds up content iteration by freeing us from relying on developers. It empowers our team, improves onboarding, transforms our product into a communication channel, and allows in-context feature communication, making users quickly understand their value.
