"Effortless Onboarding with Easy Frontend Integration"

5/5

What do you like best about Jimo?

I use Jimo to create onboarding flows for my SaaS business and set up customer-specific experiences like banners and buttons. My clients need to understand our software instantly, and the tours feature in Jimo is great for that. What I like most is how easy it is to create experiences directly from my product's frontend. Without this feature, I would have to create tickets with our development team, which takes a long time and goes through lengthy QA flows. Jimo is by far the best way for running small tests or adding specific elements like buttons for selected clients. The initial setup was quite easy, just some initial lines of code, and even though it took extra effort to send all the audience information to Jimo, we only needed to do that once we better understood the system. What do you dislike about Jimo?

The dashboard can be a bit hard to navigate - the fact that you don't see all your creations in one place, but have to search through 'banners', 'Tours' etc, can be a bit time consuming. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Jimo solving and how is that benefiting you?

Jimo simplifies onboarding and creates customer-specific experiences directly from my product's frontend, avoiding lengthy development processes. It's ideal for quick tests and targeted changes like pop-ups or buttons, allowing clients to grasp our software instantly with the tours. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
