What do you like best about Jethire?

What do you dislike about Jethire?

It takes a little while until you get the results after uploading a CV; it should be available for job-seekers as well to prepare for interviews. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Jethire solving and how is that benefiting you?

I've tested out Jethire for a customer who wanted to use AI for his recruiting efforts. It turned out that their solution was a lot better than what I could have individually implemented with a fraction of the budget. Jethire speeds up the recruiting/matchmaking process a lot and makes sure that personal bias is out of the game. It helped reduce the amount of work necessary to find the perfect fit in a long list of applicants regardless of the number of applications. Usually you have to be fast to get good talent on board, or they've already signed somewhere else - Jethire helps with that and opens up more time to focus on talking to the right people instead of scanning through hundreds of CVs.
