What do you like best about Jet Profiler?

1. It provides query performance

2. Segregates the metadata regarding the most frequently used tuples, tables , queries etc and focuses more on that.

3. Representation of the data in the form of graphs, piecharts etc.

4. Flexible with all the versions of MySQL server and hence no overhead of compatibility configuration adjustment Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jet Profiler?

1. It is a desktop application hence needs to be installed to use it. No web applications are there.

2. Some time is required to train the people to work on this because this tool comes with a lot of features and to fetch the most we need to upgrade team to learn the feature, so it is not a big dislike as for long run it is an advantage to the analytical team.

3. Analytical reports based on the diagnosis should be flexible enough to export in different formats, it can save a lot of time to share the analysis across the team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Jet Profiler solving and how is that benefiting you?

My team is working for an aviation industry where data from different airlines been fetched and stored for optimization of airways route. So a lot of data need to be diagnosed and analyzed and a lot of queries need to be triggered every second. Here Jet Profiler plays an important role. It is very adaptable in terms of identifying the potential and creating metadata to serve future requests most efficiently.
