What do you like best about Jelly?

Its is incredibly simple to setup, and ridiculously simple to use. Does exactly what its supposed to do!

Having team members being able to share mailboxes and allocate emails to the correct team member means nothing gets missed. Its something that seems like there should be endless apps/options to solve sharing mailboxes but most a too expensive and over featured that they're just not a solution.

What do you dislike about Jelly?

The way webmail rolls multiple emails into a single thread can make it hard to find the actual email / attachment hard to find if there has been many emails going back and forward. This isn't explicit to Jelly but seems to be the way many webmail systems work (e.g. gmail)

The new advanced rule features are only available in the Royal Jelly version - I'd love to have access to it as it would make our life easier, but the price for Royal Jelly is too high as I would use all the extra feature within that package. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Jelly solving and how is that benefiting you?

It solves the problem of missed emails, which has improved our customer service levels.

It also clears up the “who is doing what” question with any given email. If I need help from a colleague, I can assign the email to them and add an internal chat message, so those “I forgot” scenarios pretty much disappear. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
