"Jelly Is a Hidden Gem for Email-First Teams"

What do you like best about Jelly?

Jelly is a hidden gem.

In a nutshell, it's highly effective and simple inbox-sharing software for email-first teams.

Whilst being simple to use for non-technical folks, there is a surprising amount of customisation available under the hood, via the API and other features. This lets me, as a technical person, make it highly suited to our needs and I feel just as well served as those using the UI on a daily basis.

Finding a well crafted, clearly scoped tool (that also has friendly and responsive customer support) is getting harder and harder these days, but with Jelly we feel like we have struck gold. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jelly?

There is nothing we dislike about Jelly. I guess, if I had to say something, it would be that if we ever opened another communication channel, like WhatsApp, we would probably have to move to some other bloated, expensive omnichannel competitor. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Jelly solving and how is that benefiting you?

Jelly solves email inbox sharing perfectly.

We run a service where we are in contact with customers over email for a 6-9 month period, often exchanging emails on a weekly cadence.

This means, a big challenge for us is keeping a clear context of what was previously discussed, especially if a different team member engaged with this customer previously.

Jelly lets us auto-assign emails, label emails via the API, internally comment and discuss emails, all of which allow for the intelligent routing and efficient processing of all emails in our business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
