I love JBoard because it's the best platform I've used, and their support is fantastic. The XML aggregation filtering is a standout feature for me, as it allows me to source high-quality roles effectively. I appreciate the flexibility of the website designer, which offers great design and customization options. Additionally, I find it very easy to create workflows that provide a great end-to-end experience for candidates and employers. The initial setup was very simple, which was definitely a plus. I would like to see improvements in the structured specific contract fields, like IR35 status. It would be beneficial to have options like inside, outside, not yet determined clearly structured.
