We were located in different timezones. He was very accommodating and approachable. The sessions were well timed and relatable exercises made it easy to digest the content. Team or Individual exercises were very helpful. We received access to the content on his website a few days in advance to prep up for the training. It was a great interactive session. There were different areas we wanted to get our SDRs and BDRs to improve especially on time management, prospecting, drafting email templates quickly with a structure, and BDR best practices.
