"Real-time, hardware-validated muster accountability across four buildings — finally"

What do you like best about jay cloud?

In a healthcare environment, the stakes during an emergency evacuation are about as high as it gets. I've spent years frustrated with life safety solutions that depend on employees self-reporting their location. The problem is obvious: during an actual emergency, the last thing a panicked employee thinks about is checking into an app. jay cloud uses our existing badge infrastructure — readers we already have at every assembly point — to validate presence automatically. No app to open, no button to press. If your badge reads at the muster point, you're accounted for. If it doesn't, you show up on the missing list immediately. In our last drill, we had a verified headcount for all 4,500 employees across four buildings in under six minutes. The integration with our HR system meant zero manual roster maintenance. What do you dislike about jay cloud?

The visitor mustering capability, while functional, requires visitor badges to be pre-printed with the appropriate encoding before a visitor can participate in badge-validated mustering. For planned visits this is fine; for same-day drop-ins it adds a step. The team has this on their roadmap for improvement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
