What do you like best about JAMS Scheduler?

JAMS is easy to use. In our line of work, date ranges and due times can vary greatly, and its ability to understand natural-language expressions and convert them into valid date values has resolved an enormous number of issues for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about JAMS Scheduler?

Recently, I’ve been trying to use the dashboards and reports available in JAMS, but I’m finding them difficult to understand and navigate. I did locate a guide, yet it quickly stopped matching what I could actually see in JAMS, which made it hard to follow and apply. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is JAMS Scheduler solving and how is that benefiting you?

We produce and deliver a wide range of customer data extracts to our clients and third parties. For years, all of these reports were created manually, until JAMS came into the picture. Since then, we’ve used the scheduler to automate those processes, as well as to transfer information to customers, connect to remote servers, validate the quality of the information, and send notifications when something goes wrong.
