Our users love Prime's accessibility and speed. As an administrator, I love the ease of customization --of both forms and reports-- as well as how easy it is to integrate the product with our other systems. Recommendations to others considering JAMIS Prime ERP: You have a few options when considering a web based ERP, but the most important factor is a knowledgeable support staff --not-- the platform. You can work around platform issues if you have a team of competent support personnel backing you. Talk to the resellers you're considering and ask them how many of their employees will support you and ask to speak with them. We did this and selected JAMIS. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is JAMIS Prime ERP solving and how is that benefiting you? Reporting was always an issue for us. A lengthy data warehouse process meant we were never "real time" in our reporting. Prime has changed that; the users now have inquiries/dashboards they trust for the information they need instead of calling and interrupting those who are responsible for entering the data. More importantly Prime has allowed us to begin centralizing accounting processes for all our locations/companies under our umbrella. We've eliminated several location specific forms and processes and continue to do so. It's a slow implementation process but a necessary one from a corporate/macro standpoint.
