I find Jamdesk really easy to use and set up. I like that the pricing is great and includes AI Chat and other AI features without hidden fees. The docs look beautiful, and when our users have questions about our product and API, they can use the built-in search or the Jamdesk AI Chat to get detailed answers. The support is top notch, and the integration with Claude Code and other AI agents through the Jamdesk CLI is seamless for formatting and publishing. The migration script that converted my Mintlify docs to Jamdesk was mostly perfect, just needing a few tweaks, which made the initial setup really easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
