Jaicob is a versatile ATS platform that is both innovative and flexible. The use of A.I. ensures that the platform stays ahead. We set high standards for the positions we recruit for. What do you dislike about Jaicob?

Because the system is very innovative and new, there are still some bugs and points that can be improved, as well as missing features. Fortunately, the team addresses these issues quickly, but during the full transition, it has sometimes been necessary to temporarily stop recruiting for certain positions. Because we receive many inbound applicants for operational roles, automatically sending WhatsApp messages helps us to gather additional context and information alongside the extensive screening process.
